The constant Chairman of Jury is Marat Bisengaliev. The list of members of the jury, names of concertmaster and conductor will be published in the Catalogue of the Competition and in the official website.   
To ensure complete impartiality on behalf of the Jury, the system of adjudication known as "blind marking" shall be adopted: Each judge awarding marks to the candidates in complete privacy prior to the final meeting of the Jury, where such marks and their individual comments shall be shared with the Chairman of the Jury. The Jury's decision is final.
Pupils or relatives of members of the jury shall not be permitted to apply for entry to the Competition. Participating in this event implies the acceptance of the foregoing rules.
