Travel Arrangements
 Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements. The Committee might in some cases be able to offer discount flights (charter flight) London-Uralsk-London as well as discounts for participants travelling from CIS countries for participants only, free of charge.
Accommodation
Applicants will be responsible for all other expenses. Finalists will have a rehearsal with the West Kazakhstan Philharmonic Orchestra. Participants are allowed to bring their own accompanist, at their own expenses.
Accommodation and meals will be provided for the participants only free of charge, in Uralsk.
